Pre-Order Only
When you order a rashguard from us, you acknowledge that the waiting time will be longer than normal - approximately 4 weeks. This is because we're not not turning a profit whatsoever and we can't afford to have rashguards waiting to be sold.
UK Shipping and Delivery
As soon as your rashguard is ready, it will be shipped to you using Royal Mail standard signed for delivery. Orders will require a signature upon arrival.
Please take into consideration the waiting time when placing your order. It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address, and we cannot be held responsible if this is not done. If you are unable to sign for your delivery or do not collect your order from a pick up location, you will be responsible for the original postage cost and return postage cost.
International Shipping
We'd be delighted to ship these rashguards all over the world! Get in contact with us if shipping to your country isn't currently available and we'll sort something out.
Orders shipping within Europe will be shipped with UPS using a tracked service. Orders to the United States will be shipped with FedEx, also using a tracked service.
Refunds and exchanges
We will only be making the sizes that have been ordered. This means that exchanges will not be possible, so please look at the size charts carefully!
We are happy to issue a refund for the following reasons:
-The incorrect item has been delivered.
-The item is faulty or damaged.
